I have been in the Travel Industry since February of 2011. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World in 1974 when I was four years old. The park was still very new and I was very young, but I still have many vivid memories of that trip.
I now have traveled to the “World” numerous times, with many more trips planned for the future. I also sailed with Disney Cruise Line for the first time in 2011. It was such an amazing trip, that I did 2 more cruises the next year! I have cruised with them again in 2014, twice in 2016, and 10 nights with them in 2017, making me a Gold Castaway Club Member currently. I have more cruises planned with Disney for the future. Cruising with Disney is great fun and I would love to help you plan your perfect cruise.
My services include make dining reservations for my Disney clients and I can help you decide what may work best for your family. I have eaten at many of the Walt Disney World Restaurants, experiencing most of the Character meals offered. I love staying on property and have now stayed at all of the Value and Moderate Resorts and many of the deluxe Resorts as well. My goal is to stay at all onsite resorts so that I can have personal experience with them and better guide my clients on which one may work best for them.
Being a Mom of 3 and Grandmother of 2, I know how to plan a Disney vacation with a family in mind—especially traveling with young children and all the activities offered for them. I have also traveled to Walt Disney World with other adult friends and have taken a few solo trips, so I know how touring plans change depending on whom you travel with.
I have also sailed with Disney on a few all adults only groups, as well as trips with children and even a couple of multi generation cruises with family members and friends of all ages.
I am a Graduate of the Disney’s College of Knowledge and attended the Disney World Agent Education Program in 2011, which is held right at the Walt Disney World Resort for onsite training. In 2014, I attended the Disneyland Agent Education Program held at Disneyland Resort. These Agent Education Programs help agents learn new things about the destinations, allow us to tour many of the onsite resorts and the different rooms they have to offer, as well as gives us hands on experience.
I am also A Universal Orlando Specialist, Princess Cruise Line Commodore Graduate, a Norwegian Cruise Line Gold Shield Freestyle Certified Graduate, A Sea World Parks and Entertainment Specialist, A Hotel Excellence by Marriott Graduate, an InterContinental Hotels Group Graduate, a Carnival Cruise-ader (the highest level), an Atlantis Specialist, A Certified Sandals Specialist, a Legoland Graduate, A Breezes SuperAgent, A Holland American graduate, a MSC graduate, as well as many other hotels and destinations. I am currently working on my Royal Caribbean, and Oceana Degrees.
I have personal experience on Norwegian Cruise Line and Princess Cruise Line. I have visited Universal Studios Orlando several times. I have also visited Legoland Florida, Sea World Orlando and Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Tampa. I attended a Sandals Familiarization trip in July/Aug of 2016 in Jamaica and stayed at 2 of their resorts and toured 3 additional resorts while I was there. I have also attended a Universal Agency Familiarization trip in Feb. 2017.
I attended the 2017 CruiseWorld’s STAR Program! The STAR Program is designed to support the success of travel advisors who operate in a variety of business models and who possess a wide range of expertise. I was hosted at the event and took part in an enhanced CruiseWorld experience. I also was specially invited to arrive several days early to do a Fort Lauderdale Hello Sunny Familiarization trip, learning about what Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
I achieved my greatest accomplishment as a travel agent in January 2015, earning my Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) certification. This certification is earned by taking special cruise classes, attending seminars on cruising, touring several ships, sailing on different ships and sales.
